A bittersweet piece for piano, strings and synth – but with a rather optimistic, uplifting chorus, and a contemplative finish. Inspired by those moments that affirm your life choices, and motivate you to keep going. ❤️

Wow, I was so not expecting the major chords that popped in! They are so beautiful and powerful. And when they almost completely change the tonality of the piece after the halfway mark… uplifting is definitely the word for it. Overall it is probably my favorite of your contemplative, moody tracks.
Also, I must say that, with the synth and piano rhythm you had going at the very beginning, I almost thought it was going to go somewhere epic, though the title obviously points otherwise.
I thought the main track had a great quality by itself. However, the constant overplay of those other instruments was somewhat distracting. With some adjustments, (perhaps a more prominent symphonic ending), the main track can work nicely, on its own.
